Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of precious metals and hygiene considerations, all sales are final.
Kharaa Chaandi does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect selection, size issues, or personal preference.
Customers are advised to carefully review product details, sizing, and descriptions before placing an order.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or damage during transit, product shipment lost in transit and/or if incorrect product has been delivered, customers must notify Kharaa Chaandi within 24 hours of delivery with valid proof like multiple photos, and videos, subject to verification and approval at our sole discretion.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation.
We may refuse or cancel orders due to suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, or inventory issues.
All customized or made-to-order products are accepted only upon receipt of a minimum 70% advance payment of the estimated order value. The remaining balance payment (30%) must be paid in full before shipment. Completed orders will not be dispatched until the full outstanding amount has been received and confirmed.

Customized orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of order confirmation, in which case a full refund of the advance payment will be issued.

If a cancellation request is made after 48 hours, only 20% of the advance payment will be refunded. The remaining amount will be retained to cover material procurement, labour, and production costs.

No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be entertained once production has commenced or the order has been completed.
